John has assembled the most complete personal training I have revised manual. This is an electronic book, it's a system with multiple modules to ensure the success and results. It is a foolproof system and let me tell how it works to build muscle fast while the strips of fat from your body faster than anything else.
There is an electronic book
The first thing I want to emphasize is that there is an "electronic book" so to speak. In a telephone interview I had with John was saying that what really makes your system is the best thing is full of a complete system for the individual modules to suit them almost like a trainer does. Diet is personalized for men or women, body weight, and includes a meal plan for each profile. The system is available for download, but has multiple modules and not just a small book.
The typical e-books I've read include a training program and meal tips, but they will not fund, such as How to Get Ripped Abs ago. John includes a meal planner out on the exact meal. Besides including a recipe book with healthy meals and a book of protein shake. I tried several of the meals and they are fantastic. A healthy recipe book is worth getting just that.
Demanding training I've Done
The training plan is the best designed for fat loss. There are 4 stages of 3 weeks each. Each phase has mutli complex set of exercises to give a full body workout. The exercise plan is very intense and not a beginner program. If you are a beginner who even adds an initial 12-week program to help prepare for the main module. John Alvino leaves nothing outside of this system. I am a former Marine and these trainings were kicking ass!
There is a section stretching and flexibility to help preworkout postworkout and recovery. The guide is also in cardio-focused fund in the High Intensity (HIIT) training to have short cardio exercises that multiply fat burning 10 times while cutting training time by a third.
Results – YES!
My results? I lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks and misled the diet as John (sorry crazy) – I was losing fat quickly from the workout plan that I follow as closely I could have. I will reboot the system come from March 2010 to lose the last of the ultra fast and get ripped. Best system I've reviewed for fat loss and building muscle? For what it is!
