What is really good exercise routine to tone your abs and thighs?
OK, so I'm not a very big person, I'm not fat, fit only. I'm small and petite, but I've been gaining weight unpleasant in the stomach and thighs [freshman year 15 haha] and I was hoping to find some real training routines that can start from experienced people. I dont want to get buff, single tone.
Start walking for 30 minutes every day! As for toning, sparkpeople.com has a great video series. There is the swimsuit bootcamp and again that bootcamp. Both are a series of 7 videos which are about 10 minutes. One every day and I got it! Oprah.com prevention.com fitnessmagazine.com and all have some great toning moves too! Good luck!
