I go to the gym to exercise?
I am a boy of 24 years with height of 5 feet 5 inches, and 66 kg. I want to have a fit body. Not enough time for the gym for training. I have seen several tutorials and online training routines. Some of them are really fake (like getting six pack abs in 30 days, etc.). But some of them are quite impressive and good I think. My question is, can I get the same result as if I keep practicing the video tutorials at home, or should I go to the gym regularly. The videos I've seen on YouTube and other sites that use certain tools, but not many. Please help me by giving your comments valuable. Thank you.
I used to go to the gym regularly, but now I have to exercise at home and I have the same or better training. You'll have to buy some weights for your home, but thats about it. Do Internet searches on "CrossFit" routines, are killed and will put you in great shape. Every morning I do: 10 push-ups arms 20 push-ups 40 squats 30 abdominal 50 jumps to do this 3 times in a row and I'm in great shape.
