I get six pack abs?
I'm apart from my football team, so do a lot of running ex sprints and drills, etc, but I also home dumbells weight lifting bench ex and I do some leg exercises and sit-ups etc. but I can never Devoloped some abs i consider myself in shape 6ft 145 in 13 years but I want a good workout plan to build more muscle and abdominal'm willing to do many exercises, but not diet or Suppliment any that I have found 100% Whey not to work, but to all who help me thanks
Do lots of sit-ups. I do a power of 90 beachbody.com, his home in the boot camp has a great rountine ab. If you want to buy for less check it out on ebay.
