
weighlifting and eating schedule?
ok, I'm 14 years and built quite large. I'm not fat, but I'm not skinny. I'm big and muscular, except I have 1 big problem, never eat the right foods, cuz i never really have a schedule, I eat junk all the time, and I want to fix that. I'm in a program Weight Lifting school and go Mon weapons, mar. legs marry. weapons, Thurs day off, Fri. legs …. and I do ab exercises after running a mile 2 times a week. but I really want to get a six pack, and also how idk … Ive been trying for a long time. I roll that really bothers me that I lean, but when I stand appears flat. plz help me with my eating habits, like a good hour or so, and some DIF. seek ways of ABS … thx!
you must work before your first meal of the day for best results, including the abdominals. Do you work in your chest? back? Arent the ABS .. muscles only you have to look proportional. eating low-fat, high in protein. protein shake before and after training
