How can I get six pack abs?
Ok, I can run a mile from 7 to 8 minutes. (I can not stop working at least 40 minutes, I know How long can I go on and on, never got that far) I can do 70 squats in a minute I can do 50-60 push-ups in a minute (no joke cause was proof of this) and not have six pac abs. What should I do to get it? What should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What exercises should I do? (please be specific, like 3 sets of 20 squats or something) well, Litterally tell me what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. Like breakfast eat (here put words on what I eat) lunch (here put words on what I eat) dinner (putting the words here about what I eat) cross old. What does religion have to do with it?
