If you eat right and do the right exercises 4 times a week, you will begin to see results in about 45 days. Their diet is more important than the exercises! Without diet correct, you will not see quick results, no matter how hard you exercise. Diet: Diets can be boring and tasteless. I like doing research on the Internet and magazines to see which foods are good for burning fat. To develop a six pack, you have to burn the fat covering the abdominal muscles. From my research, I would choose the food I like and my own diet plan in these foods. So remember, if you eat foods that burn fat, exercise will always to produce results.
