When you're trying to build chest muscles, be sure to focus on every detail from different angles directed to perform chest exercises.

You should target the upper chest – incline.

The middle of the chest – flat presses.

The lower chest – pressure drop.

Flys are also a good addition to breast development and help build internal and external areas of the chest when done correctly.

It does not really matter if you use weights or pushing weights when performing exercises. Just stick to the movements that feel the most effective.
