How can I get six pack abs?

Im 16 years old. I'm about 6 feet 165 pounds. I'm in a very healthy diet. I know that the reduction Bologna space is false. I do cardio such as jumping rope, running and biking every day. I lift weights often. I do abs (correctly) twice a week. I am very athletic and gets about 2 hours a day of exercise. I know that the key to getting six pack abs is to lose more body fat, but I'm an ideal weight. My stomach has some cuts AB, but nowhere close to as I look. any suggestions?

You have a great start. I would suggest HIIT if you have not already. Check out the guerrillas Cardio – http://www.cs.unm.edu/ ~ wneumann / files / guerilla_cardio.pdf Your diet can be very healthy, but if it is steered specifically to your goal, then you may not be optimal. For example, consider reducing carbohydrates and significantly increasing healthy fats to replace lost energy. It is almost always beneficial to increase protein intake, and may not be enough. You should vary the type of exercise, ab what you do. Cracks mainly ordinary working your upper abs, you want to work all the core muscles. Refer to the Internet for more exercises, ABS, or treat books of Men's Health AB. It is true that the loss of fat in the abdominal region is a necessity, but the increase in muscle size will make them explode ab out. Doing (relatively speaking) of low intensity cardio will not get the afterburners of calories you get from high-intensity cardio, which is one of the best ways to lose that. Another tip-fats many studies support the fact that doing cardio this morning, as soon as you wake up, and before eating anything, extra fat is burned, not just carbs. Do not listen to the type under eat 5-6 small meals per day in servings. Metabolism will launch better and avoid blood sugar levels more stable. Research everywhere and almost everyone agrees on 5-6 meals is the best way (if they are in proper portions!)
