Do you put in the effort and the large amount of sweat in the gym? Are you frustrated not seeing results in his abdomen after doing lots of crunches?

Have you ever realized how hard it is to see visible results after months and months of training?

I know how frustrated it may seem. But in order to have great results physically, we must return to the correct principles of Lean, Six pack abs fitness.

Areas to consider for quick results support are nutrition, weight-bearing activity (weight training) and for moderate aerobic fat loss.

Cardiovascular moderate is important, but I will tell you to keep a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week, if you are following a high-intensity training, which implements the strength and cardio.

Training with weights or just body weight to help increase your metabolism, maintain and protect your muscle mass in your frame.

The area has so far defied most people is the nutrition support and feel that this is what we should focus. Consider these ideas. Lets calculate how many calories you need to eat.

If you are a woman, multiply your desired body weight or body weight by 8.

If you are a man, multiply the desired body weight or body weight by 10.

The number you get is the number of calories you need to consume each day if your goal is fat loss.

Discover how many calories you need to get food every meal if broken down to 5-6 meals in addition to the total amount of calories.

Best wishes to you divided up into 6 meals. The ideal is to have the ratio of macro nutrients carbohydrates, proteins and fats would be 40-40-20. This type of meal plan is a way to lose fat fast.

Until next time. Remember to train hard and live fully alive.
