I need a nutrition plan for a child 15 years of age below the details?

Type'm not fat, but I am of weak in my stomach. Than I know it can get rid of, because I excersise daily. I just do not know what I eat. Especially because my family dosent eat American style. This is what we usually eat: eggs and banana is scrambeled boiled or cooked spaghetti and hot dogs (containing sauce and onions), or rice or white rice and beans and salsa (idk why type). i sometimes eat fruit. They usually eat a two pieces of bread a day. And I do not like milk, but I like vanilla ice cream once a day (yes, I know not healthy) I see six pack abs, I know I can make do i excersise. It's just my nutrition. Heres a little information. Age: 15 Height: 6 feet 2 inches Weight: 170 lbs excersise level: Moderate I ride my bike every day and on Saturdays I run 2 miles. I do push-ups every other day lmao i dont do abs (I Need also) PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

OK reality here …. If you're still eating ice cream every day and not a bit of cycling and a pathetic 2 miles on a Saturday, a companion they will not see your abs in a loooong time …. It is not an exact science. Eat lean meats like chicken and fish, unprocessed foods like sausages and pizza, eat vegetables, vegetables, fruits. Eat right and do not drown everything in sauce. Cut ice cream. Cut out sugary sodas. Exercise 5 times a day … at least 3 sessions cardio more than 30 minutes as the cycle of fasting (not bimbling), jogging or fast … a concentration of central leg raises incl session, plates, squats, etc. .. and a session of weights. Soon you will see the difference … … if you can be bothered …
