Most people do not realize how much they have to lose weight to see their full 6-pack abs. In many cases of boys sabotage their own efforts to weight loss because they assume they will be able to see all your abs with weights too high. If you want to see your abs, your focus should be how it looks in the mirror and not its weight. If you thought he'd see your abs at 180 pounds and the diet up to 180 pounds and not "them … so just means you have to diet down even lower than them, plain and simple magic trick is not that. How much you weigh on a scale not really matter, is the aspect that matters.

You probably have a good idea of exactly how he wants his body to look, but only a vague idea if at all how much you should weigh in this regard. But if you've ever seen its complete package of 6 before that I bet he's assuming that the weight is much greater than it actually is. In other words, there is a specific body weight weigh so you have a complete set of 6-pack abs visible. Then there is a slightly heavier body weight will be when only 4 of the abs are visible, and then a even heavier weight when only 2 of the abdominal muscles are visible, etc.

Most men assume a complete package of six will be visible in body weight, which only shows 2 Abs. For some reason, we all think that we should be heavier than they really are. The point is that weight looks specific. It will look a certain way at 150 pounds, and that particular look and thinness is different from the look you have when you are 160 pounds and 170 pounds and well on. You can not force your body to have 150 pounds when viewed is 170 pounds. In other words, if your 6-pack track is visible only when 150 pounds … then you can not make visible when you are 170 pounds. This does not mean it can not be 170 pounds, it just means you have to accept that it will be so torn apart 170 as is in the 150. (This may seem obvious, but many types make this assumption that it can be as thin as they want, at any weight). Any bodybuilder who has become more of a show can tell within a pound or two of exactly how much you weigh when you have fully defined 6-pack. You can also tell when is 5 pounds away and when it is 10 pounds away from a full 6-pack visible.

The only way I know that this is because he has been there before and knows what weighs the first time it happened. If he has gained 5 pounds of muscle since his last fitness program, then you know that your 6-pack will be visible in body weight 5 pounds more than the last time it was visible. But it is not known with certainty until the allowances of up to 6-pack visible again.

The point is that no real way of knowing exactly how much you weigh when abdominal muscles are fully visible until you can see them. So how do you know how much has to weigh in to see your abs? Simple: Step 1) Lose weight until you can see its complete package of 6-Step 2) Step Scale You can use calculators and estimators all day, but the proof is in the mirror. If you want to see your abs then forget about weight and diet, just down until you can see, most likely be lighter than you expect.
