Unfortunately the answer I give has not changed …. and the answer is No! There is no single abdominal work in isolation to create enough of a metabolic response in the body to promote fat loss.
You can imagine since I am a personal trainer, nutrition guide and fitness professional I am always being approached by people asking what the "best types of exercises and workouts are for losing stubborn stomach fat." O … What are the most effective stomach workouts to carry out visible six pack abs? "The problem with this is that most of the time, people with excess stomach fat are looking to try to uncover your abs through a "miracle fitness program that focuses only on the abs" that is to trim the fat from your abs in no time flat.
So back to the gym highly Asked Questions … What are the Best Core Fitness Six abdominal workouts that promote perfect?
The thing is … that go over the problem entirely the wrong way! The truth is that we do not lose stomach fat or defraud six pack abs doing ab exercises.
When you spend your energy doing abdominal exercises, after doing abdominal exercises, crisis after crisis, with the hope to flatten the stomach and perform sexy 6-pack abs, it is simply wasting time and energy. What you should do is the right training program actually reduce the fat in your body forever.
If I had to choose an answer of what are the best exercises to lose belly fat, my answer probably would be the surprise of the 'sit-up' on you. At the top of the list are exercises such as:
various forms of squats, lunges, deadlifts, clean and presses, fragments, swings, presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.
When I spent hours training the one-on-one personal training level, I would much of the above mentioned movements in my training clients. Almost always full training design whole body, such as listed above instead of abs exercises directly targeting the midsection.
However that is not the final answer … How to combine whole-body exercises into a strategic workout that maximizes your metabolism is also very important.
Do not get me wrong … I recommend a certain amount exercises that directly affect the abs and core, but these are only a small fraction of the design programs for my clients as your time is best spent focusing on the whole body exercises that stimulate the greatest metabolic and hormonal changes in the body. You know what else is really great to do these full body workouts I teach? Moreover, to really work the larger muscles in the chest, back and legs, you will also have the opportunity to tone your arms (triceps, biceps and shoulders), and "You know what?" ….. YOUR ABS!
Nutrition is undoubtedly the "king of getting a six pack." I heard that the six packages are baked in the kitchen and not in the gym.
So let's clarify this forever …
Stop losing much of their time focusing on squats, crunches, leg raises, and all the stupid useless "abs contraptions" in their efforts to try to develop 6-pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body lifts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective workouts fat loss. If you add the right fitness plan that is not necessarily oriented to lose belly fat, but oriented towards building muscle mass and also focus on eating to support your workouts and allow your muscles to grow, then you will burn the belly fat!
