I get a six pack, but my abs are coming out lopsided?

when doing sit-ups or crunches, it tends to twist your body. Try using a machine to keep stable. and try side crunches, just sit in a chair and instead of going forward, bending the sides, as many times as you can to the right, then left …. keep them even. If you can only do 40 on the right, but only 30 left, then right down to 30 until it can be left up to 40. finally make a difference. you have to keep your body torsion and bending in the wrong places.
