The Vertical Project is a vertical leap program created by Luke Lowrey.

Here is a brief summary of what you get with the program, followed by a complete examination.

What you get in the program:

  • The vertical eBook project.
  • Videos.
  • Lists of exercise.

Bonds:

  • Special Report: "instant vertical".
  • Unlimited lifetime updates.
  • Exercise DATABANKA ™
  • Complete without undertaking of numerical results (UPNA ™) graphics.
  • The Truth ™ – Optimal Health For You (ebook)

Program Review:

The vertical project is a very popular vertical jump program that says "Double Your Vertical Leap."

This is a 15-week program consists of 3 modules: Training, Recovery, and Getting Started.

Module 1: Training

  • This module shows all exercises and drills that the program has to offer, including diagrams and video.
  • You will learn a variety of exercises like plyometrics, isometrics, and the formation of water.
  • It also shows you how to calculate uncompromised performance number (UPNA ™).
  • This allows you to determine sets, repetitions and weights you need to use each year.

Module 2: Recovery

  • This module deals with the detention after training and recovery.
  • You will also learn much about nutrition and diet.

Module 3: Basics

  • This module basically what was learned in previous modules and create a program tailored specifically for you.
  • The program is divided into three stages of formation of 5 weeks in order to avoid plateaus.

He liked:

  • A variety of exercises.
  • Lots of information on training, rest and recovery.

Dislikes:

  • High price – it costs much more than other programs.
  • The supplement Adenotrex that comes with the program has not been scientifically proven to work and has not been approved by the FDA.
  • We do not recommend you buy the supplement Adenotrex offered.
  • Some exercises require additional equipment that you can not have such access to a pool.

Conclusion:

The Vertical Project is a good program, and work to increase your vertical jump.

However, I have 2 main concerns with the program:

  • the hefty price tag and
  • the Adenotrex supplement they recommend.

If you have the money, the vertical project may be worth watching.

Daniel O is a former Division II college basketball player who increased his vertical jump from a measly 20 inches to a freaky 40 inches. To learn more about the Vertical Project and other vertical jump programs, visit his website.
