
My lower abs are too weak to do more exercises lower abs! What should I do to train them?
I'm 5'8 ", 145 lbs. My lower body is more developed muscle-wise than upper body. I try to train everyone, but my training lower body has definitely seen improvements faster than my upper body training. ABS try to incorporate in my training, but my upper abs are more developed than my lower abs. Not only I noticed recently when trying to work my lower abs (leg raises lying, for example) that I am improperly performing these movements, ie. radically arched lower back. I can not seem to keep my lower back presed on the floor for most movements of lower abdomen. It's because my legs are too big and my lower abs are not only strong enough. But how can I fix it? How can I develop my lower abs? What are some moves that I may be able to do?
