Once u get some "free time", go to a gym or fitness center and work there for about an hour. Try some curls, work on your bicepts, tricepts, chest, and get a great workout. Try to get the intensity of a knotch a little every day. Keep a good pace and you should get some abs and lose weight. I hope this helped you out in your training schedule.
