How can I sculpt my body like the women in fitness infomercials?
I run every day, do crunches, leg lifts, is released, use weights to 10 lbs arm exercises, etc., and try to stick to low fat diet for my high cholesterol.I have been doing this for 7 years. I'm in a healthy weight for my height, but how to make the hard look and tone fitness guru. It is not bulky. It's thin, and have real abs, and no fat in the thighs or swinging on the web. How do they get so perfect? I do not want liposuction or surgery I just want to know what you can add to my training. I do not want let me go, I look after my health as I get older. Does anyone know what these women are doing just seems so surprising and toned.
