Exercises to Get a Six Pack

Exercises to Get a Six Pack

Many of us want six pack abs, but don’t quite know how to start. We’ve heard of situps and crunches, but maybe don’t know how to do them right, or we just think that they’re not working as well as we would like. Fortunately, there are other exercises to get a six pack that you can implement that will give you the results you need.

First, look around at your local gym for various equipment that you can use instead of your normal workouts. Things like ab rollers, captain’s chairs, and torso tracks are all effective means of giving your ab workouts new life, not to mention burning belly fat at unprecedented rates. Also, there are ways to spice up your normal workouts to give yourself a little variation and added challenge. Instead of doing regular crunches, do vertical leg crunches, where you lift your legs as you crunch. Bicycle movements are great, as you kick your legs in a circular motion while laying on the floor. Also, you can use an exercise ball at home to enhance your sit ups, giving your abs an extra stretch as you release.

Hopefully, these new exercises to get a six pack will give you the edge you need to tone your body and give you new found confidence.
