Get That Toned LookWhat makes the Truth About Abs different from other such systems is Mike Geary's approach to getting abs. The system he teaches focus on losing that stubborn layer of body fat covering the stomach.

Most of us already have pretty awesome abs, they are just covered with a layer of fat. Get rid of that layer of fat and your abs will automatically look great! You can see it does not make a lot of sense to continue sculpting your abs without losing that layer of fat covering your abs.
